  Worst customer service ever. That manager who is at office in the back. Jim. Need to be retrain very unprofessional about his job to the public. That ups facility is the worst one to go to. Would never recommend to anyone. They mess up with delivering mails more than once and I wasn't able to dispute it with manager. He was very racist. Welcome to America

  10 or so years ago i had a package go missing for my wfes illness. The package was missing. After losing my cool on the manager after my wife got the run around. 5 min later they call about a dishonest employee..i just start using ups again having multiple packages delivered. They stop leaving them if im not there i work. If i was worried about it missing id be there. My dad is on his death bed i wanted give him his fav. Prayer beads they dont deliver corporate says they will help me get it within the hour. Some lady in yarmouth says 8pm i can get it. I paid for overnight. Whose paying for my gas. Your driver decided not to leave package ive left notes for him to leave package. Its ridiculous. Ive had it. That lady was most unpassionate person i have ever met.. I think time go back fed ex or usps... Least if you pay for so.ething you get it. If they make a mistake they correct it. KEEP THE PACKAGE 8PM WONT NEED IT

  The employees are nice people around, but some of the employers were not. I thought two of them were extremely rude, disrespectful, inflexible, and very insensitive. The man in charge was a decent guy, but some of his actions were very poorly treated towards the employees -- I, however, found him a little inflexible as well. The job itself (package handling) was very simple to a degree, but the only hesitation was keeping up with them to an extreme. Through my experience, this job definitely ended up not being for me. If you are able to put up with this kind of environment, suit yourself. But if you are unable to, I highly do not recommend it.
